A few rules to keep Peddly fair and trustworthy for everyone.
Photos and descriptions must accurately represent the item. Show defects, wear, and anything that might disappoint a buyer. The condition rating you choose should match reality.
Ship within the timeframe stated in your listing. If something comes up, message the buyer immediately. Consistent late shipping will impact your seller rating and search ranking.
Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit. Damaged deliveries lead to disputes, returns, and negative reviews — all avoidable with good packing.
Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. Be respectful and helpful. If there's a problem with an order, work with the buyer before escalating to a dispute.
Only list items that are legally yours to sell. Don't list items you don't have in hand (pre-orders, drop-shipping, etc.) unless clearly stated.
Shill bidding, fake reviews, and review manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Peddly's 7.5% fee is deducted from each sale automatically. Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their sales. Peddly may issue a 1099-K if you cross IRS reporting thresholds.
