Common questions
How do I get paid?
Set up your payout account in Account → Payout settings. Once a buyer confirms delivery, funds are released to your bank within 2 business days.
What's the fee?
7.5% flat on every sale. Nothing else. No listing fees, no monthly fee. Ever.
Item not as described — what do I do?
Open a dispute from your order page within 30 days of delivery. Go to Orders → [Order] → Open dispute.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact the seller via messages before shipping. If already shipped, a dispute is required after delivery.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Security → Delete account. Note that active listings and orders must be resolved first.
